Hawaii is a beautiful tropical paradise with numerous activities, attractions, and destinations all held outdoors. After all, what good are those luxuries if you only plan to sleep there? Then again, you must also consider Hawaiian weather, which can be very unpredictable. For example, when it rains in Oahu and some of the other Hawaiian Islands, is usually not a light sprinkle. Unfortunately, how long it will rain is hard to predict. It may rain for few minutes, a few hours, or all-day. If you find yourself stuck inside due to weather, you will want accommodations that can provide you with more than just a day inside watching TV. After all, you can do that at home, why would you want to do it on your Hawaiian honeymoon. In that regard, an inexpensive hotel with few amenities may not be the best choice.

Whether you prefer a three, four, or five star resorts with all the trimmings and amenities, or whether your budget dictates more modest accommodations, there are all inclusive resort packages, luxury resorts, and affordable motels to meet virtually any need or spending limit. You may even decide to opt for private cabin rental, rather than stay in a resort or hotel.
